This notice describes the data collected by this BitsBites early-access website. The financial product’s terms and privacy details have not yet been announced.

What you share

If you join early access, we store your email address, the time you signed up and a record of your consent to receive BitsBites updates. We use this list for BitsBites early-access communications.

Where it goes

This website and its signup database run on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes network information to serve and protect the website. This website does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts.

Keeping the form safe

The signup service uses a temporary, hashed network identifier to limit repeated requests. The identifier changes hourly. Expired rate-limit records are removed as the service processes new requests. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the signup database.

Your browser preferences

Your light or dark theme preference is stored on your device. It is not linked to your email address. You can clear it through your browser’s site-data settings.

Removing your signup

After a new signup, you receive a private removal link on the confirmation screen. Save that link: it allows you to delete your email from this list without an account. We do not send this link by email. A repeated signup does not reveal or replace an existing removal link.

Your email stays on the early-access list until you remove it or the list is retired. Use your removal link or token to delete your signup.

Before the product launches

Operator details and any additional privacy terms for the financial product will be published when those details are confirmed. This notice covers only the early-access website.
